Staying at the hotel was an overall pleasant experience. The location is amazing, just across the beaches and on Ocean Drive, making it great for South Beach access. The rooms, despite being a bit loud from the street noise, were clean and comfortable. The service was friendly and helpful, particularly Carmen. However, the dining options could be improved to offer a more satisfying experience.

My stay at this hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. On the bright side, the room was decent for a 3-star place, always clean, and offered lovely views of Ocean Drive and the beach just a short 2-minute walk away. Unfortunately, the room was a bit cramped, the outdated bathroom looked unclean, and the noise from the kitchen made it hard to get proper rest. The hostess at breakfast was also unfriendly and inattentive, leaving us waiting for far too long.
